All our products are made by hand in small batches and each product is formulated to give best quality and freshness. Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order, we send orders by Royal Mail Second class recorded unless otherwise stated
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 4 hours of the time your order was placed. To cancel orders please email info@bvanille.co.uk
Damaged / Defective products:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if any product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with the original invoice, for an exchange within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered to you.
