Safeguarding at B Vanille
At B Vanille, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone who joins our mentoring programme.
We follow simple, clear safeguarding practices to protect young people and adults at risk:
- Mentoring sessions take place in professional or online settings
- Communication stays appropriate and transparent
- Parents/guardians are informed when the mentee is under 18
- We maintain professional boundaries at all times
- Any safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and acted on promptly
If a young person is ever at risk of harm, we follow UK safeguarding guidance and contact the appropriate authorities.
Our aim is to ensure that every mentee feels safe, respected, and empowered to grow.
