DIRECTIONS:

Massage evenly into your scalp after bathing or showering, focusing on spots or areas with thinning hair (if any), and massage for a few minutes. Rinsing out the oil afterward is optional. If you do rinse, let the oil sit on your scalp for at least 30-60 minutes.
